Discover Tuscany adventurous side in the unspoilt Garfagnana region.
No water park but real fun in the nature with jumps and slides along pristine rivers.

Reach the starting point of the today’s experience, approx. 70 km from Viareggio, and meet with our licensed canyon guide. We will outfit with the necessary equipment in the camp-base cabins and learn about proper safety techniques.  A 5 minutes hike  in the nature will lead us to the top of the canyon and warm up our bodies before the approx. 3 hours funny adventure.  We will spend our time jumping and sliding ( the highest fall is 12 m and is done with help of ropes; max jump is 6 mt (jumps are not compulsory).  At the end we’ll walk back to camp-base and change our clothes back.

A short drive will lead us to an authentic little Trattoria at an ancient chestnut mill, where we will relax and delight our palates enjoying the genuine home-made kitchen of Federica and her family, based on organic products.

    Program

    Meet your qualified canyoning guide at the camp-base cabins in Fabbriche di Vallico, where you will gear up and attend a safety briefing before departure.

    Warm up with a 15-minute walk in the nature that will lead us to the top of the canyon where this enthralling canyoning adventure starts.

    It's time for real fun walking, scrambling, jumping and sliding down the river immersed in the luxuriant vegetation of the Garfagnana valley.

    For adrenaline seekers the highest fall is 12 meters equipped with ropes (accessible also to beginners thanks to the assistance of your expert guide) - and the biggest jump 6-meter high, however not compulsory.

    Afterwards enjoy a 2 course lunch including a glass of delicious wine at a characteristic local Trattoria at an ancient chestunt mill, whose genuine and tasty kitchen is based on organic products.
